The Tuolumne and Merced Groves are secluded & peaceful hiking trails accentuated by the towering Sequoia trees reaching out of view. If you’ve ever wanted to get up close and personal with the largest trees on earth, this tour will take you there! Hike down into two secluded groves of giant sequoias, passing through old-growth forest along the way. Walk through a tunnel tree, and crawl through a fallen giant (if you dare!). After hiking through the Tuolumne Grove, drive over to the Merced Grove and hike down to see a more secluded grove with impressive stands of Sequoias. At the end of the day, if you’re up for it, head up to the Crane Flat Fire Lookout for a panoramic view of Yosemite. This tour is great for families.
