Required forms for overnight adventures are available through two options: the first is electronic, through SignNow, and the second is through printing, completing, scanning, and emailing paper forms. Electronic forms are more secure than emailing paper forms.
Option 1: Electronic (preferred)

- Lodging and Hiking Packages
- Half Dome in a Day
- Day Hikes (Use the “Digital Waivers” link in your confirmation email)
Youth Trips (under 18/Summer Camps)
Outdoor Education Trips (School, Private Groups, etc.)
- For private groups or schools, custom links will be provided during your communication with our team.
Option 2: Paper Forms
If you are unable to use or prefer not to use electronic forms:
