Required forms are available through two options: the first is electronic, through SignNow, and the second is through printing, completing, scanning, and emailing paper forms. Electronic forms are more secure than emailing paper forms.

All required forms can be returned to us by email to STAFF@LastingAdventures.org (preferred) or by snail mail to Lasting Adventures, PO Box 1078, Groveland, CA. 95321. If by snail mail, please retain a copy for your records.
Miscellaneous Information
- Registration Form – Complete this if you are not using our online registration process. To pre-register, please email us a copy of this form to staff@lastingadventures.org when you mail your deposit check.
