To pay with credit card, simply use the ‘Book Now’ button on the trip page you would like to book, and follow the prompts.
Our booking agent, Xola, charges a credit card processing fee of 2.7% (no cap) and a booking fee of 3.0% (which is capped at $30). If you would like to avoid both of these fees, please see the options below. All payments made by credit card are subject to these fees, even if paying partially by check or other fee-free option.
We charge no fees for payment by check. Returned checks are subject to a $25 charge and cancellation of the trip if full payment is not received according to the payment terms (generally 60 days prior to departure; currently 30 days with COVID-19). If checks are mailed later than those terms, we reserve the right to require a credit card payment to hold until the check clears. Any payments made by check do not carry additional processing or booking fees.

As soon as your check is cleared we will confirm your trip. That’s all there is to it!
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will send you our bank information.
We charge no fees for payments by bank transfer. However, if fees (such as currency exchange) are collected by your bank or an intermediary, we must receive full payment on our end. Please plan accordingly!
If you would like to pay by credit card over the phone, you may call our message line at 800-513-8651. We will return your call as soon as we’re able (usually within 1-2 hours).
